Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at Shantui, you play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of construction equipment. You provide technical assistance to dealers and customers, identifying faults and finding effective solutions to mechanical, hydraulic and electrical problems. Whether providing remote support or visiting equipment on-site, you help resolve issues and minimize machine downtime. You also advise on maintenance procedures, support complex repairs and share your technical expertise through dealer training. Working closely with the international service team, you contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

You are a skilled Service Engineer with a strong technical background in heavy machinery. You enjoy solving technical challenges, working independently and supporting customers and dealers with practical solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or earthmoving equipment;

• Solid knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems;

• Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics and mechanical repairs;

• Ability to understand technical drawings, service manuals and diagnostic reports.
