Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support the daily commercial operations within Italy. You will work closely with the local Sales Manager, dealers, customers, and internal departments to ensure that sales activities run smoothly. Your responsibilities include maintaining sales and order data, processing orders, coordinating quotations, and supporting dealer communications. You will also act as an important link between the local market and SDLG headquarters.

This is not a purely administrative role. You will regularly travel with the Sales Manager to visit customers, dealers, exhibitions, and training sessions. The position offers a clear career path towards an independent Sales Representative role within one to two years. We are looking for ambitious professionals with a strong interest in sales and the motivation to grow. Relevant experience is an advantage, but motivation and communication skills are equally important.

You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment. You communicate easily with different stakeholders and know how to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, you bring:

• A junior to mid-level profile;
• Experience in sales support, commercial coordination, or a similar role is preferred;
• Experience within a B2B, machinery, or construction equipment environment is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage;
• Full professional proficiency in both Italian and Chinese.
