Your next opportunity
Sales Support Specialist
You’ll be working at an internationally operating manufacturer of construction machinery, active in various markets across Europe and beyond. The company develops and manufactures excavators, wheel loaders, and road construction equipment, among other products, and has an extensive international dealer and distribution network. The organization is undergoing significant development and is strongly focused on further growth within the European market. As part of this growth, investments are being made in expanding the local organization, dealer network, and commercial presence across various European countries.
What you will do
As a Sales Support Specialist, you support the daily commercial activities within your local market. You work closely with the local Sales Manager, dealers, customers and internal teams to make sure the sales process runs smoothly. You maintain sales and order data, process orders, coordinate quotations and support communication with dealers. An important part of your role is connecting the local sales organization with headquarters, making sure information is communicated clearly and followed up properly. This is not a purely administrative position. You will also support commercial activities outside the office and may join the Sales Manager during customer and dealer visits, exhibitions and training sessions. It is a varied role combining sales support, communication and coordination.
What we are looking for
You are communicative, organized and comfortable working in an international environment. You know how to coordinate between different people and departments, can manage several tasks at the same time and keep your work structured.
• Fluent in the local language of the market you support;
• Fluent English is required for the role, along with strong reading and writing skills in Chinese;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.
What we offer
You will work in an international environment where you are closely connected to both the local commercial team and colleagues at headquarters. The role gives you the opportunity to develop your commercial experience while taking responsibility for the day-to-day support of your market.
• A dynamic and multicultural working environment;
• Plenty of room for personal development and career growth;
• The opportunity to contribute to the organization’s continued expansion across Europe;
• 30 days of annual leave.
