Productmanager
You’ll be working at an internationally operating manufacturer of construction machinery, active in various markets across Europe and beyond. The company develops and manufactures excavators, wheel loaders, and road construction equipment, among other products, and has an extensive international dealer and distribution network. The organization is undergoing significant development and is strongly focused on further growth within the European market. As part of this growth, investments are being made in expanding the local organization, dealer network, and commercial presence across various European countries.
What you will do
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the product strategy and market development of several construction machinery product lines within your region. You analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities and translate these into product improvements and commercial opportunities. In this role, you work closely with dealers, customers, the European sales organization and the international HQ teams. You also support product launches, technical documentation, product training and market expansion activities. Besides that, you monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the products and strengthen the company’s position within the European market.
What we are looking for
You are proactive, flexible and commercially driven. You are willing to travel frequently across Europe. In addition, you bring the following:
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the heavy machinery industry;
• Hands-on experience with wheel loaders and excavators is a big plus;
• Experience in product management, technical support, engineering, sales support or market analysis is preferred;
• Experience working with dealers, distributors and customers within the European market;
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered a strong advantage.
