Country Manager

As Country Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing the business within your market. You’ll define the sales strategy, develop the dealer network and strengthen the company's market position. You’ll monitor commercial performance through clear KPIs, report on results and identify opportunities for further growth. Marketing, positioning, dealer management and events are also part of your responsibility. In short, this is a senior commercial role in which you’ll build the market and set the direction for long-term growth.

You are a senior commercial professional with strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to turn plans into results. You understand how to build a market, manage dealer relationships and keep a close eye on commercial performance.

• Strong experience within earthmoving equipment;

• Experience with sales strategy, dealer management, marketing and market positioning;

• Experience defining, monitoring and reporting on commercial KPIs;

• Experience with dealer events and other commercial activities;

• Fluent English and at least one relevant European language;
